While the book provides some really great inspiration and ideas to add to your sexual repertoire, some of the way-too-many synonyms and descriptive words used for male and female anatomy provided not only giggles, but enough adjectives for 8 or 9 romance novels.. Honestly, "Love Rocket, Shivering Member, Celestial Dragon, Healing / Royal Sceptor, Magic Wand, Warrior Weapon, Love Organ, Cobra, Stalk, Untamed Animal..." to list a few.

Definitely a book worth reading and referring back to for those in stagnant relationships needing a sexual boost - or even those new to sexual relationships...

I loved Olivia St. Claire's first two books. "203 ways to drive a man wild in bed", and its successor, "Unleashing the sex goddess within", were both groundbreaking. "203" taught women that sexy is in the mind, and "sex goddess" connected them to the eternal feminine mystery of women's sexuality. This new book, however, hasn't much that's novel to say. The philosophy is the same, and I've seen most of the tips she gives in this one in her other books or other people's books. However, it is very erotically written and if you haven't read her first two books, you might enjoy it greatly. Fans of her previous work (like me) will probably be disappointed.

I loved Olivia's first two books because they're fun, sexy, and so easy to dip into when you need a quick tip or some inspiration. This new book is packed with completely new and wild suggestions for a sexy, romantic, or daring erotic encounter. And I really liked all the boxes with extra tips and hints, like The Art of the Quickie (which shows you how to make it hot and enjoyable for BOTH of you). It has lots more variety, novelty, and pure eroticism than most other sex books I've seen. Just reading it make me tingle!

Great beginner book

Been using this book for a few days now, and i must say its a great resource. Been thru 5 chapters in random order so far. i have read a bunch of iphone os programming books and this is definitely is my top 5. Every chapter, is just broken down into intricate details. The author has done a great job in explaining complex topics that might dazzle beginner programmers and made it very presentable to the user. i know i said its a great beginners book, but there are advanced topics that are covered like implementing push notification to bluetooth or running background applications. the best part of this book is manner in which they start of the topics and break everything down into details that makes the user understand. i highly recommend this book.

I Love This Book!

4 words summed it all... " I Love This Book!".

First thing first, this book is in full colour. It is such a pleasure to read the colour codes and the screen shot printings look amazing. This is also the best format layout I have ever seen in all the programming books I ever read. Great job!

It is not easy to learn iOS 4 programming if you are a a beginner. The appendices provide a good start to Objective C, Interface Builder and Xcode before you jump into the real stuff.

I spent the last couple of days going through the advance chapters and particularly like Part 4 which talk about web services integration and Push Notification Service. It is such a breeze reading and practising the exercises on my Mac. Thank you very much for the hard work in authoring this book.

I recommend this book - even though it's not Xcode 4

I started using this book immediately after installing iOS 4.3 and Xcode 4. The book is written using Xcode 3. So it took me a few days to understand how to use this book with the new environment. However, since there are no books at this time that cover Xcode 4, I decided to tough it out with this book.

Once I got use to Xcode 4 though, I found the exercises in the book work just fine. I'm enjoying going through the exercises as I learn about each type of control. I found that I had to reread an earlier section to find out something that he did not repeat in a later section but again, afterwhile the process of creating an app (using the File's Owner as an example) becomes second nature.

This should not be your only book but definitely one of the first you work with.

I also recommend opening up the online library documentation that comes with Xcode 4 Organizer and read about each control as you do an exercise from the book. This will help round out your knowledge about Cocoa beyond the text in the book. I found the [...] forum to be helpful. Also, Stanford University (via iTunes U) has recorded lectures from a recent iPhone development class taught by Apple instructors that are a good supplement to mastering the language, environment and best practices.

Great technique to improve memory!

I like this book as it gives information about two devices that promotes concentration. The book is not meant for just students but I think it would be a great guidance and support to people in all other walks of life. In today's fast life, to keep oneself abreast of events it is important to upgrade one's memory. The first device focuses on the `technical rules' that boost concentration such as good organization, how to manage stress, etc. It offers solutions from the work of experts in personal efficiency to overcome issues that hinder a person's concentration ability.
The second device focuses on an individual's normal ability to concentrate. This device is very vital for improving concentration. It explains how memory and concentration are closely associated. To improve memory it is important to improve concentration. There are surprising methods of concentration offered in the book from Doctor Vittoz. Moreover, lots of enjoyable mental exercises are aimed to improve our natural ability to concentrate. It explains how to exercise control over thoughts to improve concentration and memory. This book is a literal goldmine for improving one's ability to concentrate. Now that I have read it and are practicing its principles I would advise anyone who is looking to advance in any field to invest in this book even if it's price would rise 100 fold!!!

Not even close to providing what it says it will

This is book is quite clearly someone just pulling shallow pieces of information from around the internet and then compiling it into a neat little package ready for making money. The author spends the majority of the book explaining how to be an effective worker/studier - with the theme of "removing distractions" being the corner stone of it all. In the world of "concentration" the goal is to be able to concentrate well enough that you can ignore the distractions around you. Despite being obvious enough that you don't need a book to tell you, his approach is lined with the irony of the very definition of concentration - single-mindedness! It teaches you everything about how to prepare for concentrating while never getting round to the task...Well, eventually at the end, he shares 6- 10 visualisation techniques that "apparently" Einstein used. No explanation of how it works, or recommendation of a regime to incorporate them into your day. No science. Nonsense. Don't buy.

The intention is there, but misses the mark by a long shot.
