This book combines thoughts on running faster from a few of the best running coaches in the world. It gives you a very doable program to follow. Great for everyone that wants to run faster regardless of sport.

Excellent Drills

I learned a great deal and am putting my new found knowledge to use. I found the drills especially useful. You should be aware that two videos where not viewable (private video), week 5 Monday and week 2 Friday. The dietary advice was a bit haphazard, but I can get nutritional advice elsewhere.
